    Default Reporting in the free version

    Hi there

    Ive been plugging a fair bit of data into the sugar system and ive been making sure that we all put the duration of calls into the system

    is there an easy way to run a report or create a formula in the account description that adds up the duration of all calls between certain dates?

    Reports on CE versions can be built with an additional free module called ZuckerReports.

    This is a common problem with ZuckerReports. The solution is to remove the modules/ZuckerReports/jasper directory from the zip file, upload and install the module, then upload the jasper directory to modules/ZuckerReports manually.

    You could also increase the max_upload parameter in your php.ini

    You can do this along with another variable in php.ini you need to change (sorry I can't remember the name off the top of my head) as well as changing the maximum upload size in sugar settings. I have done all of this before and still not been able to upload ZuckerReports so I find the easiest way is to just remove the jasper directory. That plus changing the maximum upload size simply for Zucker and then changing it back is a bit of a waste of time.

    @kebabman

    I uploaded the jasper folder here: "C:\Program Files\sugarcrm-5.2.0c\htdocs\sugarcrm\modules"

    Is this correct? Thanks.=)
