reporting hierarchy

Hi, i'm trying to find where i can modify the reporting hierarchy of a particular user, because i see in the "Sugar professional user guide" that in the forecast module talks about the different roles you can have(sales representative, team leads ...). And I don't know where to modify these settings, so please, if someone can help me i would be very pleased.
Ah, i am, testing the 5.0 professional trial version.
