Has any attempted to buils a Report within Sugar that graphs 4 quadrants?

We want to be able to graph in 4 quadrants rather than using a pie chart.

If you image a square devided into 4 quadrants we want to be able to plot (depending on the value) into 1 of the for quadrants.

Has anyone know if this can be done or have developed such a report.
