"Reports To" Permissions

Can an administrative user in the database have access to the leads of the people who report to them?

I don't want the admin user to be able to access all of the database, just leads assigned to them and leads assigned to users who report to them. Is this possible?

Administrative users are not affected by roles and teams.
So you have to either remove the admistrative privileges or add some logic to unable access to them.

I don't know if administrative is the right word. They are users that access the leads. Is there a way to allow users to see the leads of the people that report to them?
