Restricted Access to Leads, Accounts etc

Can Sugar Open source make it so if leads/contacts/accounts (any sugar items), that are assigned to non-admin users that they stay private to those users and cant be visible to anyone else besides an admininstrator?

Some of my cleints dont want their sales reps to see other sales reps leads...

Where would I configure this in Sugar or do I need to code something like this myself? Is there an existing module that I can download to do this?

Nervermind looks like the new sugar roles feature can solve this sitiation...
