Hello all
Although Sugar is very dynamic, the team must have followed a flow diagram, I have searched everywhere and I cannot find a definitive document or post which has a flow diagram coupled with roles a permissions.
Effectively the flow diagram would be like,
Lead>Opportunity>Contact>Account (You would obviously use Visio or something of that nature to illustrate the information)
Roles and Permissions
Sales (Would have access to leads, opportunities, account and contacts.) Then you would have a chart with the permissions setup.
Account Manager etc….
This would provide any user using sugar with a grate bases to work from.
Can any provide any information?
