is there a module out there that will allow for leads to automatically be distributed to various employees once they are inserted via a post URL?

for example.. new leads get uploaded to admin or whomever, and they automatically get distributed to each employee as they come in / keeps track of who the last one was to get one, and goes to the next person.

I'd have to be able to turn it off for various people if they aren't at work that day.

There has to be something that someone has created to do this. Not everyone types in leads by hand. Lots of people use lead providers..
