SalesAgility achieves ISO 9001

Well, it was hard work. It made us think about our processes. About how some were very good already and how some needed improving and others that we just hadn't addressed at all. But, with a lot of commitment, we've achieved what we set out to do. We're now an ISO 9001 accredited software company.

What does it mean to be ISO 9001: 2008 certified? Why should clients or potential clients care? There's a one word answer: trust.

For new clients It means you can trust SalesAgility to consistently provide SugarCRM products and services that meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction. For existing clients it means that more than ever you can trust us to deliver SugarCRM excellence in consulting, development, hosting and support.
