I am very excited about SugarCRM. I loath Act and can't wait to dump it.

I have it installed, and it is working well. The only thing I am not able to determine how to do is identify scheduling conflicts. If I have a meeting 3 days from now at 4pm, and try to schedule another meeting for that time, I have thought that the conflict would be identified, or shown as busy. It only shows my user, even if I am scheduling for another person. And the timespan for my user account is jsut the time I am booking, not times already booked.

Now, after some research it seems that in order to show another persons schedule (or my own) while creating a new meeting I need the outlook plugin. Is that the case? We have mac people as well as pc, so that isnt likely to work. Plus I would like to have just on sugarcrm if possible.

I looked through the project list, and haven't found a mod that would show or check existing schedule.

Just wanted confirmation that I am not crazy, or looking in the wrong place.
