    Default Scheduling in Newsletter Campaign

    Hi,

    I want to send email through newsletter campaign on a regular basis or i want to schedule my newsletter campaign so that it can send email to the target users automatically.

    There is one option while creating a new newsletter campaign to choose the frequency of a newsletter campaign i.e. weekly, monthly etc. But i want to send email at a particular time like on daily basis at 3 PM

    So is it possible in sugarcrm and how can i test that a newsletter campaign with weekly frequency is sending emails every week.

    Please help me.

    Thanks
    Devesh M

    But using email campaign, i can send emails for only one time. Next time i have to create a new campaign or a new target lists. There is no sense in making a new campaign or making a new target list every time. Because i have to send email to the same targets on a regular basis.

    There is no need for creating a new campaign. You can just create a New Marketing Email in the existing campaign and click the Schedule Email button for the newly created Marketing Email

    Thanks for your support again.

    One more thing i want to know that i am not able to use Tracker URL in Email Campaign. I have made two tracker url with different name and url. I add both the url in email template, but when email comes, it shows like {Email Tracker 1}

    It doesn't shows the actual link which i define in Tracker URL section.

    Hope you'll understand my issue.

    Thanks
    Devesh M

    Strange. Which version of sugar you are using?
    Did you add the tracker by typing directly in editor or inserted using "Insert URL Reference" button in editor?

    Then it should work correctly. Can you post the html code of your email template with tracker?
