Default SCRM downloads broken in Firefox, Opera, Konqueror

The only way to download something from the scrm download section, or upload is to log into windows and use IE.

When you click "download" in firefox, opera, konq, ( linux ) it does not initiate a download, but instead does nothing and opens a blank page. Conversely, when you make a new entry in the download section, select browse and upload file, it does nothing and uploads a blank file to the entry ( using the above mentioned browsers ).

This is annoying and so on.

    any way to end this?

    system Fedora Core 7

Do you mean from the Downloads page at http://support.sugarcrm.com or file uploads/downloads in the Notes/Documents modules in your Sugar installation?
Sugar Developer Zone - developer resources | Sugar University - user and admin training
Sugar Docs - user and admin documentation |
Sugar Bug Tracker - Enter or view bugs
SugarForge- open source modules, themes, lang packs | SugarExchange - commercial extensions
