Search for Duplicate Leads

I am using the trial version, and have a basic functionality question. Is there a way to search all Leads for common fields? Example: I want to search all my leads, and create a report of every lead with a last name matching another lead - all Smiths, Johnsons, Browns, etc. I DO NOT want to specify "find all Smiths".

If I understand correctly:

Simply click on Leads

Enter Smith into the last name field on the search

Click Search

This will give you a list of all surname "Smith"

then click on "Select" to select all the leads and "Export" to export them to a spreadsheet

Your 1st solution is what I was trying to avoid, but the module is close enough to what I was looking for. Thank you!!
