Default searching in description field and email body

CRM is only as good as the information that is entered, but if the information cannot be found then it is equally as worthless as if the information was not entered at all. With this in mind, are there any plans to include additional or all fields or text blocks in the search function? What seems to be sorely missing is the ability to search in the text blocks (description), email body and notes.??
    Thanks in advance

What would be even better if in addition to searching whats already there, you could search across the body of all notes, emails, and the content of attachments. It could be like a google desktop search but through your crm. Sugar could even make this only for the pro users ( I am one) and would give alot of people reason to subscribe.

I agree with you fully - that would be the ideal end result, but I was hoping for something fairly quickly. Integrating Google desktop-like features would be very HOT. That would also resolve the performance issues that would arise by searching all fields. Any developers out there that could look at this?

We are also Pro users, but a complete search facility is something that we really miss!
