Second Sugar Database / Studio

We installed the Sugar database with our initial download. We also created a second database called Achieve on the same server but in a different folder. The Achieve database has a problem in that it allows me to use Studio to Save and Deploy changes to Edit and Detail views but they do not have any effect on the User views.

Studio works fine in the Sugar database. Are there files that are missing from my Achieve database or that I need to transfer/update from the Sugar database?

I suspect everyone needs a bit more information to help on this. Can you be a bit more specific on what you've setup and the issue you have.
