No without customization.

You can tell that you consult a particular user has done?
These data are stored into tracker table.
Flavor PRO and ENT has Reports to track all users actions.

You should need to either customize the Tracker module or create a new one to track the client IP.

Let us know if you need some guidance on that approach.
