Depends on your needs. What are you looking to get out of it? Are you looking for user auditing? Need some sort of teams management? Will you have a need to associate certain users to multiple teams? With some idea of your requirements folks here should be able to help answer that question a bit more easily.

My suggestion would be to try the candidates out on a test site and see which one works best for your situation. There currently isn't any user auditing as far as seeing who has logged in recently, etc in SecuritySuite but you can get that info directly from the database if you really need it. I am looking at adding something like that in the future, however.

My brother in names is sooooo humble...

His solution is the only one that can deliver role functionality for teams. All other team solutions (including Sugar's own) can only show/not show records to a group/team. Everything inside this group is then again purely role (=individual) based.

Egg's thing gives you a new feature in the role matrix which says "group" - on this way a particular record can be e.g. SEEN by everybody but only EDITED by group members.

For lesser needs I recommend CE Teams for the masses this one works very well too.
