Security and Opportunity Management

Is it possible to set Security based on Oppertunity Management.

Example: I am markting 4 different products and each product has a groups of between 1-5 people in a group that are marketing the oppertunity. When they login can it be set that they only see their own product/opportunity and not all 4 different products?

If Opportunity is not the way to handle this what would be a good method.

I will have a total of 150+ DIFFERENT products that I will be marketing. And I will want to track the opportunities based on each product seperate from the rest.
