Hi All,
One of prospects is looking for Self-Service portal which will be integrated to SugarCRM. I'm not sure if existing SugarCRM self-service portal can be customized to address those requirements,
- Case management,
- Application of training,
- Display of existing products and support contracts,
- Knowledge Management. It includes embedding video to knowledge base and playing as a stream,
- Forum. The customers discuss about different topics. Members receive points etc. Similar to this forum.
What do you recommend?
