selling access to hosted sugar with 3rd party module

Hi all

One of my clients wants to sell access to their database of suppliers and use customized SugarCRM CE as a system for that.
As I understand there are no legal problems with that.
Also as a part of improvements they want to use 3rd party module from Sugar Exchange which is being sold under OpensourceCRM End User License Agreement. Can they use it and charge clients for using this system with that 3rd party component?
