I pushed for the use of SugarCRM at work. They did it, but now I've been charged with spreading the word about why you should use sugar and how it is to your advantage to do so.
Just looking for some key fears people have about using or switching to sugar and how to respond to them.
People generally seem to be worried about other people using their leads.
