Sending Queued Campaign Emails

Hi all,
what does exactly Sugar do when clicking on button "Send Queued Campaign Emails" in the "Manage Email Queue" panel of the "Admin" page?
I'm using Sugar in hosting with Aruba and they don't let me to set cron jobs. So I have all my mails in a queue and the only thing I can do is clicking on that button. Is it all right? Can I think to use this procedure in order to send my mails?
I know that antispam filters sometimes prevent a computer to send large quantity of mails in little time. Is this the case?

SugarCRM does what the button suggests ... click send queued emails and SugarCRM sends them.

And yes, spam filtering... you can use the Admin>Manage Campaign Settings function to set the number of emails that are sent at any one time
