Hopefully someone out their can hep me. We use SugarCRM open and we have our leads flow into the lead module but you can not convert a lead into an opportunity without making an account - or making an account without the oppertunity.
I was thinking of using the accounts tab as "Clients" or "Sold Jobs" - but the sales folks can not use the opportunities from leads without messing up accounts / jobs / clients.
Has someone out their developed a "jobs" module? Or how can we track the process of sold through delivery? But I do think the case module would work great for customer service.
Or how can I just make an account or an opportunity but not both?
