Server Requirements for 50 users

Hi - just purchased Sugar professional and want to install on ourown servers for approx 50 users accorss 4-5 sites. Can't find any info on server req's - can anyone point me inthe right direction.
Also the email module functionality appears contradictory - the user mannual (page 91) says you have to cut and paste to archive emails in Sugar but the demo appears to have a send to Sugar button. Assuming we use outlook and simply want to attach emails to contact records - is it as simple as it appears int he demo?

For 50 users i would recommend a dual core opteron/xeon server with 2gb+ of RAM. We run a dual-dual core setup with 4 gb for 50 users, but it isn't heavily loaded and we are looking to scale to 100 or so users in the next year or so.

As for Outlook, if you buy the plugin then yes it is as easy as the demo. The open source version does not include the plugin.
