    Default Services Module?

I've downloaded SugarCRM and have it up and running and I'm pretty impressed. There seems to be one huge area misisng however...
We are a internet service provider and need to be able to store information about services that we provide to customers. It would be great if there was a services module that would keep information about serveral services for each account. For example, If a customer has purchased a DSL line it would show their information in regards to that service. Then we could click on the service and see any details related to that specific customers service. If that same customer also had a web hosting package then it would show up as a second service and would be able to store its own set of detailed information.
Is there a work around for this or a module that has this ability?

How do people keep track of services provided to customers without something like this?

    Thanks

Use for this "Bugs" or "Cases" module (client=Account, service=case). Also possible using projects/proj. tasks for this.

Bugs and Cases revolve around an incident happening where as the Projects are a series of tasks with a finite life time. The services we need to keep track of are never ending and have a lot of static information that needs to be stored. A project would could be a decent work around but wouldn't really fit our needs.
Anything other add-on modules out there that might fit our needs?

    All of that and more:
For DSL services there would be IP's, subnets, speeds, etc...
For Hosting there would be domain names, packages, expiration dates, etc...
We have a number of other services offered as well but they all would need to store data and would best be organized under each account.
Preferably we could also open cases about each of these services so a problem regarding a DSL line would be under that specific service.

You could use tasks for the sevices, because they don't need a finish date they can be assigned to people forever.
