Set System wide clock & update tel links for use with skype

Hi all-

Couple of quick questions - need to revise the system wide clock - on our files - as they are not shpowing correct time for updates and files.

Also, I need to set-up services with Skype to all mt staff to dial without touching telephone numbers.

and Lastly, I'd liketo update ( export to excel) import again without losing dats.

Not 100% sure what you mean here, but for each user, the time zone can be changed in the 'Locale Settings' for each user under their account.
You might also want to check the time zone for your server which holds all the data.

You can enable Skype links (make phone numbers links that open up in skype) by going to the Admin area --> System Settings. Within the system settings there is an area called 'Skype Out' and a checkbox to enable skypeout integration. Just check off the checkbox and save

Not sure what version of Sugar you are using, but with 5.1 , you should be able to import records and use the import action 'Create and Update records' -- this should update existing records. You just need to make sure your import document contains the record ID
