Setting up email notifications for forms

How do I set up email notifications for the forms on my website?

I want it to notify me via email when someone has filled out a form on my website.

I don't see where to set that up, and how.

Which forms are you talking about?

I'm using web to lead forms.

There is a problem when using email notification. When submitting the form,
this error appears:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in
/home/agaveser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-to-sugarcrm-lead-cap
ture/sugar.php on line 414

The form does get submitted, but this error pops up. When I turn off email
notification, the error goes away.

Any idea how to fix the issue?
