This morning, I installed MySQL-5.0 just to be able to install and run SugarCRM-3.5.1a. Everything is found to be OK by the setup wizard, except for mysql. That's installed in /opt/ and the daemon is running multiple threads. I can invoke the command line from the installation directory so all my tests tell me that it's properly installed and working.
I've stopped and restarted both mysql and httpd, but this makes no difference. I'd appreciate some suggestions on how to get past this sticking point.
Thanks,
Rich
