Setup not showing correct info

Hello All,

Setup not showing correct info. These are the two options I still need to valicate so th installation continues.

Writable Session Save Path (/var/lib/php/session) Not A Valid Directory
PHP Safe Mode Turned Off Safe Mode is On (please disable in php.ini)

I really dont know what to do with

The path is there and writable???

Also, on the
PHP Safe Mode Turned Off Safe Mode is On (please disable in php.ini)
I logged in as root to the server and modified the php.ini to off. It still shows as ON.

Any help is appreciated.
I an running a root server on Fedora Core 4.

Please try to edit your php.ini Session Save Path to

/var/lib/php/session/

instead of /var/lib/php/session (note the last slash /)

and restart Apache.
