Shopping Cart Integration?

Is there a standard way of integrating a shopping cart into SugarCRM? I'm sitting here typing in new accounts by hand today and wishing there was an alternative. There is an import function for accounts, but that assumes a very particular format; by the time I've copied that information from the email sales notice into a spreadsheet, I might as well type it into the account form.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
