Should I use Sugar?

I have a franchise group that wants to use sugar instead of salesforce. They want all their franchisee’s to be able to use it as well to manage their contacts. All from one installation.

I would need to separate each franshiee's info from each other but be able to share calenders.


Is this doable with Sugar?

By using teams you should be able to restrict groups of information for each franchise.

Anyway, Sugar is surely capable of doing what you want. But, you'll have to use the commercial version (PRO) for seperating your franchises. You could also do it for free, with theTeams Open Source module form SugarForge.

Furthermore, I cannot stress this enough, you'll benefit greatly if you take on a (local) SugarCRM implementor to do the work for you.
