Should I use SugarCRM?

Hello,

I am looking for a good free open source CRM that will work for a Canadian non-profit organization. The critical requirements that I have are:

1] Support for Ticketmasters IATS payment processing
2] Support for automatic emailed receipt to be in PDF format
3] Support for custom receipt serials

Is this possible with SugarCRM?

It seems you're looking for more than a CRM, which typically does not contain a billing or transaction processing capability. I would suggest you look at Accounting software first. If you also want a very good way to manage the interaction with contributors then it would be good to find Accounting software that connects to Sugar, sharing customer data to avoid duplicate entry.

Default sugar does not have these features, but I am sure these can be added into the sugar.
