Show only to yourself?

Hello, we have installed Sugar in our company (small company ~30 workers), our director want to add the oportunities that he generates hinself but dont want that the sales area see them. But he wants to see all oportunities.

Is there a way to set a rule to the other users be able to see the module oportunity but not the directors ones?

Hello,

if you are using Pro/Ent, then you can use team security.

If you are using CE, then you can create a role, whereby the View, Edit, List is set to 'Owner'. You can then attach users who you want restricted to this role. What this will do is limit these users to only the opportunity records that are assigned to them.
