showcasing my listings

Hello,

We are designing our new site through real estate web design and they give us the option to upload our own listings outside of MLS. Is that a good idea? I do have the option to disable this feature but I am not sure if that is the best option since MLS also showcases listings that are not mine. Please advise, I am not sure what to do.

This does not seem to be a SugarCRM question. Do they do SugarCRM integration with your website in some way?
