I have a few simple basic questions and have been trying to find an answer but no luck.

1) I have 2 customers; they want me to help them with their sugarcrm integration. can please someone tell me how much should i charge to integrate the os version? lets say if they want a professional version, is there an opportunity for me to make money there?

2) are all the pluggins free i.e. email, outlook, word doc, etc

3) if they want me to host, how much should i charge v/s they host on their own

4) if i help my customer with the integration on the free version; is it legal for me to charge them on a monthly basis per user, if so, how much can i charge?

perhaps many first time integrators will benefit from the answers
