I'm a complete newbie with SugarCRM, so please bear with me.
I'm evaluating SugarCRM open source at the moment. One thing that jumps out at me is that it appears to be designed for the customer/client to interact directly with the system. The demos seem to indicate that cases, etc, are created only on the host company's side--that to open a case or report a bug as a customer, you must write an email. Is this so? What if you want customers to be able to open a request with you in a more direct fashion?
