Slow to edit notes, history and contacts

We experience very often, however not consistently, very slow when working with Sugar 5.1.

Often it’s when we editing notes or creating and editing contacts that the server response time shows between 15-25 sec. in response time.

I’ve checked the internet speed and the computer (XP, firefox).

What could be the reasons to this?

Hi,

May be this will be done due to your main server response. Check your server response time by uploading any item on your server and brow it through your computer. Also try to check your system setting which is in the admin panel of your sugarcrm where you have to unchecked the developer mode.


Note: May be internet speed is the cause of this problem.

I've checked the internet speed and thats all ok.
I'm not sure what you mean with settings in the admin panel?
