Softphone URL Launcher?

I have been trying to solve the problem integrating:

sugarcrm 5.1
trixbox 2.6.1
xlite

Realized that Hudlite does not have the necessary url launcher anymore. Nor does trixbox have the sugar crm plugin...

options:
hud (full version, have to pay)
VoiceRD(only $30 user per year)
isymphony(5 free or $600 full version)

The integration with the isyphony is working...

My quesitons:

- are there any other options besides these three gui's?
- Why cant there just be a plugin only for the softphone to launch the sugar url and match the information?

Hey guys,

Anyone out there been able to do this?

I would really like to setup a stand alone soft phone on my laptop and be able to have inbound calls automatically run a url launch to sugarcrm. Just as it does with HUD and isymphony...

I think MOZIAX can do something like this?

Its just a simple url launch i would think. I was even able to code the search into the IE7 search box to run a sugar global search instead of a google search.
