I have some doubts on sugarCRM. Pls help me to clarify.

(1) What is the difference between List Privilege & View Privilege when editing Roles?

(2) I need to show/Hide ( toggle) Mass Update panels in all modules, at first when listing say eg: Listing Leads, it must not be shown, so when u click on Show Mass Update, it must toggle and viceversa

(3) On user login, i need to change the landing page to whatever module say, Home/Dashbaord. Can it be customised for each user since some users don't have permission to view a particular module without any errors?

(4) When u click on a particular lead from the lead list, it must directly go to the Edit View and not on the Detail View, can it be done?
