Staff scheduling

Hi,

I was wondering if these things are doable with SugarCRM CE

1) From the "Create a meeting" window, be able to see which employee is available during the configured date/time.
2) Same as 1) but be able to list only employee from a given department (technicians versus engineers or programmers).

3) Is there any good HR package available to handle vacations, no show, sick days, availability, etc

3) Seems interesting, any SugarCRM integration? (for example, I should be able to assign a meeting to somebody who is on vacation)
