Default Staying in the Cloud with SugarCRM and Google

I would like to try and integrate SugarCRM into as mail "cloud based" applications as possible. I am seeing some posts on using gmail with SugarCRM.

I would love to find a scalable solutions that would allow me to have web based email like gmail, using Google Docs and Google App Synch. I currently am using an Exchange server. However, many of my sales team are not on Exchange and I can't see their schedules ETC. I love the calendaring feature in SugarCRM but am also having trouble finding something that provides two way calendaring synch.

How are people here using Cloud applications with SugarCRM?

AAAAGGGHHHH ... grumpy man here wants the word "Cloud" banned ... meaningless marketing term!!

See here for google calendar (no mention of "cloud" in the project description)

Here for Google Docs (still no mention of "Cloud")

And you can set up google mail integration from the admin section of Sugar ... and still no mention of "cloud"

Ah, but for a grumpy guy you are really helpful!

Thanks for the input. I would agree about the term cloud. But, I am just a player in the game.
