Currently looking for a stock management module (number of items currently in stock, items ordered and not yet received, items already reserved or sold, ...)

Do you know if this kind of module already exists ?
I would then have to integrate it with a quote / bill module to automatically update the current stock state of each product but it would save me a lot of time ?
