Strange behaviour

I am testing 3.5.1 (patched e) it's running fine when login has Admin, but I created a first user Jane (pwd : january) and when trying to login as this new user... it's an invalid login error I get.....
looking into the DB, I can see that the Admin user has an id=1 and my first created new user Jane has an id=7eb0ffd9-b17e-553e-bb55-439eb0a15e91 a very strange value indeed..

More, trying to reverse the operations I can see (or not..) that there is no possibility to DELETE a user once created... no Delete button, no Delete script.... I am testing ...... in parallel, don't have this kind of stange behavior at all !!!!
