stuck on step 2 'session.save_path = c:\temp'

I'm stuck on step 2 in the install process. For some reason it's stating it session.save_path = c:\temp is not a valid directory path.

I'm running Win 2003 Server.


Any help would be appreciated.

Does the directory c:\temp exist in your system. If not try creating a new directory c:\temp and retry your installation. Hope this helps.

Go to your c:\windows\php.ini file, There you will find save session path = /tmp

That is not correct as /tmp is a linux path !!!
You change it to c:\temp

Restart your Apache server (or your pc)

I'm not much for Windows, but I hope this works.
