I experience the same problem with opening the Sugar CRM studio when testing an online trial version. On Tuesday 18. February I am scheduled to present alternative CRM solutions and give a recommendation to my colleagues. Sugar CRM looks great, seems to have all the functionality that we want and to be very user-friendly. However, now I have tried all available browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari...) to open the studio to adapt the system to our needs, but without success. Very disappointing.
