    Default stylesheet and script before doctype

    hello,

    why stylesheet and script appair before doctype ?
    How to remove it ?

    this cause problem with IE

    More to the point, why when this was reported as far back as 2006 does it STILL exist in 5.2.0k?

    Come on SugarCRM, this is totally unacceptable.
