Sugar Cases In mambo portal ?

I got the following message when i see my cases in the mambo 4.5.3 . I have installed sugar crm 4.0.0 beta version on my website? Can anyone help which have the same problem?

You can find a solution in the bugtracker of the mamboportal project on sugarforce.

What you can also do is install the upgrade I wrote which fixes several other bugs and annoyances as well. You can download this fix package from my website .

PS the package was only tested on the latest stable release: 4.0.1e, so you might want to decide to upgrade

you patch is a great help. now at least I could see all my cases.
But I've this error in number field :

Notice: Undefined index: number in E:\wwwroot\support\components\com_sugarcases\sugar cases.html.php on line 412
