Hi folks

I am a new member to the group and to Sugar, Open source etc. Our business uses Netsuite and we have had a enough of the cost, lack of flexibilty, poor customer service and lock in on contracts etc. We are investigating 2 Open Source CRM products - Sugar and a certain product that startes with v and ends with an organe and black striped animal like a lion (sugar wouldn't let me type the name of the software in here)

Does anyone have a document that compares the current versions of Sugar CE with the above product?

Any feedback on the open source version of both products would be great.
