Would like to know if the Sugar On-Demand services (Cloud services) are included when you buy Sugar Professional license at the price of 360€/year per user, or using Sugar on-Demand has an extra cost?.

Do you know if the servers can be linked to a VPN and also if there is any docuent that describes the technical details of the servers used in this service??

I don't know about the VPN, but I was at a Suagr Acceleration event yesterday, and it was stated, from the podium, that on demand and self hosted licences were the same price.
