I'm trying to get my plugin to work. At this moment I have installed my plugin and if I send an email to my company address from a third party email (such as Yahoo or Google), it works. If I send an email from a third party, a copy also gets sent into my Sugar CRM. My problem is that when I send an email from Sugar, the email doesn't arrive to its destination.

Please help.
