How do everybody feel after using Sugar CRM ?
So far so good. We are looking at distributing the software as a service version of the product (and deploying it) and have been deep diving it quite a bit lately. Definitely easier for a end-user perspective than products like salesforce.com. Pretty complete solution if you ask me.
Even with Sugar, here are no quick fixes with a CRM solution. It seems to me like the biggest problems arise from poor training/implementation and design issues with the product itself. We are trying to develop something that combats these problems in an innovative way. You guys are all professionals. Would you mind giving me your 2 cents on our new CRM product? How Do You Manage Your Customer Data We are happy to share our findings.
